I. TERMS AND AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT TO READ BEFORE PROCEEDING TO THE RATES

I will only apply my art style to your commissioned art, you are not allowed to force me to do other art styles.
Please provide clear, detailed descriptions or sketches for my reference.
Commissions will take 20-30 days, it depends on the situation but will give you updates.
The base prices in the commission sheet are final but it would still vary on how detailed your desired output will be. I will explain the additional charges for every detail if there are any.
There are 6 free revisions per artwork. 7 or more revisions will require an additional charge.

FULL PAYMENT is required before starting the sketching process. Paypal and Gcash are the modes of payment. Be minded of the additional tax if you use Paypal.
NO REFUNDS are allowed once I accepted the commission. But to initiate a refund for important reasons, you will have to contact the artistree.io team and give them the exact details why.
I have the right to share the WIP or the final output on my social media or as a commission sample— but will listen to the client's request if it is meant to be private.
The artist will retain all copyright over the commissioned art. The client can upload the artwork on any social media WITH full credits to the artist. Unless it is paid for commercial use, you can freely sell or post the artwork with no watermarks of the artist.
Additional charges will be made if the client plans to resell the art as merchandise or used it commercially. Merchandise or Commercial Art will not have any watermarks.

Proceeding to the rates means that you have read the "I. TERMS AND AGREEMENT", breaking contact with the terms will be identified as a breach of agreement, the artist has the right to post the client's social media information to warn other artists and to block their social medias.

II. gabo's commission process

STEP #1: Read and Agree to the terms. Please understand everything that is written on the "I. Terms and Agreement" page, once I accept your commission, there will be no easy takebacks.
STEP #2: Inquiry. Click your desired commission on the artistree website. Give out the details of the art that you would like to commission.
STEP #3: Confirmation. At this stage, I will decide if I'll do your commission.
STEP #4: Full Payment. Once I agreed to do your commission, you will receive an invoice of how much will be the total payment.
STEP #5: Production. There are 3 processes in the production stage. Sketch, Lineart, and Rendered. I will only transition to the next process once everything is good to go. Remember that there are only 2 revisions per process and also keep in mind that this step will take 20-30 days.

Sketching Process	Will present you sketches with different poses.
Lineart Process	Based on the chosen sketch from the previous process, I will present you with a clean version of the sketch and ask if the details are set in place. Once it is approved, we cannot return to this process so please decide whether it is good to go or not.
Rendered Process	Will present you the final file in our artistree commission page.
